How Google and AI read your site
Every stage can fail quietly. I audit each one and fix what I find.
01Crawl: Can bots reach it?
What usually goes wrong
- robots.txt rules blocking key sections
- Crawl budget wasted on parameters and filters
- A firewall blocking AI crawlers
What you get
- A crawl report of every blocked, slow or wasted URL
- Cleaner robots and crawl rules
- AI crawlers allowed on purpose
Advanced checks
- Server log analysis: what Googlebot really requests, verified by reverse DNS
- Faceted navigation and parameter rules that stop crawl traps
- Per-bot handling of AI crawlers such as GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot
02Index: Is the right page in the index?
What usually goes wrong
- noindex tags or wrong canonicals
- Duplicate and thin pages
- Pages discovered but not indexed
What you get
- An index map: what is indexed, excluded and why
- Canonical and redirect fixes, ready for developers
- Sitemaps that list only pages worth indexing
Advanced checks
- Soft 404s, status codes, and 410 versus 404 for removed content
- XML sitemap index: 50,000 URLs per file, accurate lastmod, no blocked or redirected URLs
- Migration safeguards: noindex on staging, redirect maps and post-launch checks
03Render: Is it readable and fast?
What usually goes wrong
- Content that only appears after JavaScript
- Slow LCP, layout shifts, poor INP
- A broken mobile experience
What you get
- A raw versus rendered HTML comparison
- Core Web Vitals causes, ranked by impact
- Developer briefs naming the exact templates and rules
Advanced checks
- Rendering strategy: SSG, SSR, ISR, CSR and hydration, and what each means for crawlers
- Directives that must not depend on JavaScript: noindex, canonical and status codes
- Many AI crawlers do not run JavaScript, so key content belongs in the first HTML response
04Rank: Does it deserve to rank?
What usually goes wrong
- Weak internal linking
- Content that misses search intent
- Wrong language or region targeting
What you get
- An internal linking and architecture plan
- Pages built around search intent
- Tested schema and hreflang
Advanced checks
- hreflang at scale: return links, x-default and sitemap-based annotations
- One connected JSON-LD graph with stable @ids across pages and languages
- SERP audits and search intent mapping, so each page matches the format Google rewards
05Cite: Will AI quote you?
What usually goes wrong
- Pages that do not lead with the answer
- Unclear entities and brand signals
- No measurement of AI referrals
What you get
- An AI-visibility baseline
- Clearer entities and structured data
- A dashboard of AI referrals and citations
Advanced checks
- llms.txt and per-bot robots rules, decided on purpose
- Search Console API and BigQuery export for query and AI-referral dashboards
- Agent readiness: WebMCP, UCP and Merchant Center feeds for AI shopping and task agents

SEO, grounded in real data
Behind every number,
the work that moved it.
I’m Ahmed Ali, a technical SEO specialist based in Dubai. For 7+ years I’ve worked inside real dashboards, from news sites with 2M+ pages to million-URL catalogs, finding what holds rankings back and fixing it.
How long does SEO take to show results?
Technical fixes (crawl errors, indexation, speed) often show impact within 4 to 8 weeks. Content and authority work usually takes 3 to 6 months. On a news site I grew traffic 20x in under 4 months, but every site is different, so I’ll give you a realistic timeline after the audit.
Do you work with clients outside the Middle East?
Yes. I’ve worked with brands in the Gulf and Egypt, plus US-facing and international accounts, and I work remotely with clients anywhere. I’m based in Dubai (GMT+4).
What is GEO, and can you get my site cited by ChatGPT?
GEO (generative engine optimization) makes your site easy for AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews to find, understand and quote. It covers AI crawler access, structured data, entities and answer-first content. For one retailer, AI search traffic grew 139%.
Which platforms do you work with?
Shopify, WordPress, Salla, Zid, Next.js, Astro and custom sites. I can ship many fixes myself, or write clear developer tickets for your team.
How do you price your work?
A technical SEO audit is a fixed price based on site size. Ongoing SEO is a monthly retainer. Book a free call and I’ll send a quote for your site.
Do you work in Arabic and English?
Yes. Arabic is my native language and I work fully in English, including Arabic keyword research, hreflang and multi-market sites.
Can you also fix technical problems on my website?
Yes, within limits. I am an SEO with technical depth, not a development agency. I fix speed, schema, redirects and WordPress performance hands-on with AI-assisted development, and brief your developers on larger builds.
Do you run paid ads too?
Yes. I have Google Ads and social media campaign experience, so paid and organic can support each other instead of competing.
Let’s find what’s holding
your rankings back.
Leave your details and I’ll get back within 24 hours. We start with a free call about your site and goals, and if there’s a fit I’ll send a clear scope and a quote.
