Growth20x+1,900%
Symptom
Articles were published without indexing signals. New stories sat undiscovered by Google for days and missed the traffic window entirely.
Technical fix
Rebuilt the XML sitemap to notify on publish, fixed crawl errors blocking key sections, and restructured internal links around trending-topic clusters.
Outcome
Organic traffic grew from 300 to 6,000 clicks per day, a 20x increase in under four months.
