Technical implementation & site speed
I am an SEO with real technical depth, not a development agency. I find what slows your site down and blocks search engines, fix what I can hands-on, and brief your developers on the rest.
What’s included
- Core Web Vitals diagnosis (LCP, CLS, INP) with the real causes, using CrUX and lab data
- WordPress performance: caching, images, scripts, plugins and database
- Hands-on fixes for schema, redirects, sitemaps, metadata and hreflang, done with AI-assisted development
- Migrations with a full URL map, 301 redirects and post-launch monitoring
- Tag Manager and tracking clean-up so measurement stays accurate
- Developer briefs and QA when the work needs your own team, on WordPress, Shopify, Astro or Next.js
What you get
- Before and after speed measurements
- Fixes applied where I can do them safely, or a developer-ready brief where I cannot
- A QA pass after your developers ship
- A short checklist so regressions are caught early
Who it’s for
Sites with slow Core Web Vitals, teams stuck with a heavy WordPress or Shopify site, and anyone planning a migration who cannot afford to lose rankings.
Advanced technical work
- Rendering strategy fixes: moving critical routes to static or server rendering
- Edge SEO: redirects, headers, hreflang and tag fixes at the CDN when the CMS cannot change them
- Caching, TTFB and CDN rules, with cache-control tuned per content type
- Image, font and script loading: priority hints, preloads, responsive images and deferred third parties
- Automated regression checks in the deployment pipeline, such as Lighthouse CI and schema tests
How it works
- 01Measure firstI start from real-user data (CrUX) and lab tests to see what visitors actually experience.
- 02Find the causeHeavy images, scripts, plugins and third-party tags are traced to the exact templates causing the delay.
- 03Fix or briefI apply safe fixes myself with AI-assisted development, and write a precise brief for anything that needs your developers.
- 04Re-measureResults are measured again and any regressions are caught with a short checklist.
What I need from you
- Admin or staging access to the site
- A backup before any change
- Your developer or hosting contact for larger changes
Frequently asked questions
Are you a web developer?
No. I am a technical SEO. I am hands-on with WordPress performance, code fixes and site implementation, and I use AI-assisted development to do it. For large builds or complex engineering I write the brief and work with your developers.
Can you move my site without losing rankings?
That is the goal of every migration I plan: a full URL map, 301 redirects, and monitoring in Search Console after launch. Your developers or I can do the technical move.
Can you make my WordPress site faster?
Usually yes. I diagnose the real causes first, such as heavy images, scripts and plugins, then fix them or brief the person who will.
Do you work on my live site?
Where possible I use a staging copy and take a backup first. Risky changes are briefed to your developers instead of applied directly.
Will a faster site rank higher?
Speed is one signal among many, but it strongly affects whether visitors stay and convert. That is usually the bigger win.
